All artwork submitted, uploaded, or provided to Game Over Graphics and Prints for production must be content that the customer owns the rights to or has explicit permission to use. By submitting artwork to us, customers confirm that their design does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other rights belonging to any individual, artist, brand, or organization.
Game Over Graphics and Prints has a zero-tolerance policy for intellectual property infringement. This means we will not knowingly print, reproduce, or distribute designs that violate the rights of third parties.
In simple terms: please do not submit artwork that belongs to someone else unless you have permission to use it.
Examples of prohibited content may include, but are not limited to:

If submitted artwork appears to infringe upon intellectual property rights, Game Over Graphics and Prints reserves the right to refuse production or request proof of licensing or ownership before proceeding.
Intellectual Property Complaints
Game Over Graphics and Prints respects the intellectual property rights of others and will respond promptly to any valid claims of infringement.
If you believe that any product or content produced by Game Over Graphics and Prints violates your intellectual property rights, please contact us with the following information:

Upon receiving a valid claim, we will investigate the matter and, if necessary, remove the product from sale and cease production immediately.
Customer Responsibility for Uploaded Artwork
Customers who upload artwork for custom products (including playmats, holographic playmats, keychains, stickers, or other printed products) acknowledge and agree that:

They assume full responsibility for the legality of the artwork they provide
Game Over Graphics and Prints acts as a printing service provider and cannot independently verify ownership of every uploaded design. However, we reserve the right to reject any artwork that appears to violate intellectual property laws or platform policies.
